The Boa Nova Tea House is a small restaurant that sits on the Atlantic Ocean.
The building is one of Siza’s first pieces of work but still has some of the interesting details that are typical of Siza. The building is set back and accessed by a series of walkways that wind you up to the small entryway.
Once inside the main dining space is on the lower level with just a small foyer and bathrooms on the entry floor.
The lower level is split between the Main Dining Room to the right and a smaller Lounge Room to the left.
One of the points where it is seem that it was designed by Siza is the detail of the clerestory window in the Main Dinning Room.
