Built in a still somewhat lower-end neighborhood this library was constructed on a tight budget. The building sits as a skyscraper among the surrounding buildings.
The building uses a relatively simple design of pairs of floors that consist of a whole floor followed by a partial floor balcony that houses meeting rooms.
A deviation of this pattern is the large conference room that takes the place of the books on the other floors.
Although simple the building was able to make the most of its low budget and still achieve a high-quality and interesting look.
